Set in the heart of the Pyrenees, high up in the peaceful Ordino valleys of Andorra, the traditional lodge style Ahotels El Serrat hotel is four kilometres from the ski slopes of Ordino Arcalis. Simply decorated with warm coloured fabrics and rustic, wood furniture, the 44 guestrooms are all accessed via exterior corridors and include private bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite television, minibars, safes and telephones.
Guests can enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning and the hotel's restaurant serves a range of regional and international dishes in an informal setting. Guests returning from the nearby slopes can work out in the gym or relax in the sauna and hot tub; the hotel also has a bar and sun terrace where guests can enjoy a well earned apr�s ski drink. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and room service is available. The hotel has free parking and laundry facilities and also offers a dry cleaning service. Along with the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding area, the more adventurous can try their hand at mountain biking, horse riding, rafting or sky diving. The picturesque town of Ordino is 10 kilometres away and Andorra la Vella, which is 18 kilometres away, offers plenty of options for nightlife and shopping. Barcelona Airport is 220 kilometres away with an approximate driving time to the resort of three hours.
